Now you have a lot of places, like in SC, where state legislatures are adding money to add mental health experts to help out with jailing concerns in the wake of the Jamal Sutherland death in the Charleston County Jail and to add mental health experts to go out on calls where sometimes mental health situations become law enforcement situations.
