On this edition of The Legal Buzz, Richard Todd speaks with Bridge Legal Advisor David Aylor, about the wreck that occurred 7 months ago today on the Don Holt Bridge on 526.  There has still been no charges or investigative information released by local authorities in the case of the crash that left a tow truck driver dead and critically injured a Charleston County Sheriff’s Deputy.  Why?  And is this unusual?
